MicroMac Technology offers a limited warranty for all hardware products. In no event shall MicroMac Technology be held responsible for any damages or loss arising out of or in connection with a product in excess of the purchase price of the product.

MicroMac Technology's Licensor's liability to you for actual damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), will be limited to $50.

MicroMac Technology's licensor(s) makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the software.
